How do I size a sweater or shirt?
Go by the weight range in the listing, not the letter size — sizing is not standard between makers. Chest measurement is given where the maker supplies it.
Are the chew toys safe for power chewers?
Listings state the chewer strength a toy is built for. No chew toy is indestructible, and any toy should be replaced once pieces start to come away.
Do automatic feeders work with wet food?
Only the models that say so. Refrigerated and cooled feeders are listed separately from dry-food dispensers because they are not interchangeable.
Can you advise on a diet for a sick pet?
No. We list ingredients and guaranteed analysis as printed on the bag, but a diet for a diagnosed condition is a conversation for your veterinarian.

Mon–Fri 10:00–20:00, Saturday 10:00–18:00, Sunday 12:00–17:00. Email is answered within one business day.

Where do you ship to?
We ship within the United States only. All prices are in US dollars.
When does my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat) and orders placed before 2:00 PM CST ship the same business day. Transit is around 5–10 business days (Mon–Sat), giving a total estimate of 6–13 business days from order placement.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $49. Below that a flat $3.99 applies. Full detail is on our Shipping Policy.
How long do I have to return something?
30 days from the date of delivery. The conditions and the process are set out on our Return & Refund Policy.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, before it is dispatched — see the Cancellation Policy. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
